Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to a trade, business, craft, or profession and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.
Extended transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
Durable data carrier: any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.
Distance contract: a contract concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of products and/or services, where only one or more means of remote communication are used up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Means of distance communication: any means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.
General Terms and Conditions: the present General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the contract is concluded where the terms and conditions can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the text of these terms and conditions may be provided electronically in such a way that it can easily be stored on a durable data carrier.
If one or more provisions are invalid or annulled, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Situations not covered by these terms and conditions shall be assessed in accordance with the spirit of these terms and conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur is entitled to modify and adjust the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images are a truthful representation of the products.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.
All images and specifications are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
The following information is clearly stated in every offer:
- The price, excluding customs clearance costs and import VAT
- Any shipping costs
- The manner in which the agreement is concluded
- Whether the right of withdrawal applies
- Payment, delivery, and execution methods
- Acceptance period of the offer
- Whether the agreement is archived
- The way the consumer can check and correct provided data
- Languages in which the agreement can be concluded
- Applicable codes of conduct
- Minimum duration of the agreement in case of extended transactions

Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur confirms receipt electronically without delay.
The entrepreneur may investigate whether the consumer can meet payment obligations.
The entrepreneur will provide the consumer with the following information in writing or on a durable data carrier:
- Business address for complaints
- Conditions regarding the right of withdrawal
- Warranty information
- Information stated in Article 4
- Conditions for terminating agreements longer than one year
Every agreement is concluded subject to sufficient product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer receives the product.
The consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully during this period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receipt via written message or email.
After notification, the consumer must return the product within 14 days.
The consumer must prove timely return shipment if requested.
If the consumer fails to notify or return the product in time, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
If payment has already been made, the entrepreneur will refund the amount within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been received or proof of return shipment has been supplied.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the right of withdrawal for products:
- Made according to consumer specifications
- Clearly personal in nature
- That cannot be returned due to their nature
- That spoil quickly
- Subject to financial market fluctuations
- Newspapers and magazines
- Audio/video recordings or software with broken seals
- Hygienic products with broken seals
The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for certain services such as accommodation, transport, catering, leisure activities, betting, and lotteries.
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices will not increase during the validity period of the offer except due to VAT changes.
Products tied to market fluctuations may have variable pricing.
Price increases after three months are only permitted under legal regulations or if agreed upon.
Delivery takes place outside the EU, meaning import VAT and customs fees may be charged by the courier or postal service.
All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that products and services conform to the agreement and legal requirements.
Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 14 days.
Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Warranty does not apply if:
- Products were repaired or modified by the consumer or third parties
- Products were improperly used
- Government regulations caused the defect
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur will exercise due care in processing orders.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer.
Accepted orders will be executed within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed or partially impossible, the consumer will be informed within 30 days.
If delivery becomes impossible, the entrepreneur may provide a replacement product.
Risk of damage or loss remains with the entrepreneur until delivery.
Article 12 – Duration Transactions: Termination and Renewal
Consumers may terminate agreements at any time with a notice period of no more than one month.
Fixed-term agreements may not be automatically renewed for a fixed period unless legally permitted.
Trial subscriptions automatically end after the trial period.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be made within 7 working days after the cooling-off period begins unless otherwise agreed.
Consumers must immediately report inaccuracies in payment details.
In case of non-payment, the entrepreneur may charge reasonable costs.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovering the issue.
Complaints will be answered within 14 days.
If a complaint requires longer processing time, the consumer will receive confirmation and an estimated response time.
If complaints cannot be resolved mutually, a dispute arises subject to dispute resolution.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
