What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your responsibilities include:
✔ Responding to customer inquiries via email in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
✔ Assisting customers with questions regarding orders, products, delivery, returns, and general support
✔ Resolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
✔ Managing customer requests and keeping records organised and up to date
✔ Working closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction and identify recurring issues
✔ Helping maintain a positive and professional brand experience in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is communicative, patient, and naturally enjoys helping others.
Requirements:
✔ Strong written communication skills in English (French is a bonus)
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
✔ Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
✔ Ability to work independently and manage tasks responsibly
✔ A positive attitude and professional communication style
✔ Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
